MIOG-NP Showcases Hospitality Excellence.

The Jamhuri MICE Week 2025, a national event that highlights Kenya’s leadership in tourism, wildlife conservation, and the fast-growing MICE industry will run at the iconic KICC from 8th–11th December 2025 and will conclude with Jamhuri Day celebrations on Friday. Throughout the week, government leaders, industry experts, conservation partners, investors, and youth innovators will gather to exchange ideas. Furthermore, they will explore new collaborations that can shape the future of Kenya’s tourism economy.

Showcasing the Morendat School of Hospitality — A Hub of Excellence

This year, MIOG-NP joins the national celebration with a major highlight — The Morendat School of Hospitality. It is our flagship centre for professional hospitality and service-excellence training. Moreover, as Kenya continues to rise as a world-class travel and conferencing destination, MIOG-NP is proud to support the sector’s growth. In addition, we continue to offer programs that align with the country’s economic vision and evolving industry demands.

At Jamhuri MICE Week, we will showcase the full strength of the Morendat School of Hospitality. Our school trains the next generation of hoteliers, culinary professionals, front-office executives, travel and tourism specialists, events and MICE coordinators, and guest-service professionals. Consequently, our graduates form the skilled workforce that Kenya needs as it expands its tourism and MICE footprint.

Our participation reflects a clear commitment to service excellence. Therefore, we aim to build a workforce capable of raising service standards across all nine national tourism circuits. Additionally, we seek to support the wider regional MICE ecosystem, which continues to attract global attention and investment.

Visitors will enjoy an engaging and interactive experience at our booth and learn about various hospitality career pathways. Ultimately, these engagements will show how our practical training equips learners with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in Kenya’s growing tourism and MICE industries.

Why Our Showcase Matters

Kenya’s tourism sector is evolving rapidly. As a result, the demand for qualified hospitality professionals continues to grow. MIOG-NP is stepping forward to meet this need. Through curriculum innovation and strong industry partnerships, we prepare learners who support job creation, conservation, enterprise development, and national pride.

Furthermore, the Morendat School of Hospitality strengthens Kenya’s competitiveness by producing talent that meets global service standards. At the same time, it empowers local communities with new opportunities in tourism, events, conferencing, and service-based industries. Thus, our training contributes directly to sustainable national development.

Therefore, we invite all Kenyans, industry partners, investors, educators, and aspiring hospitality professionals to visit our stand at KICC during Jamhuri MICE Week 2025. Come and experience the creativity, vibrancy, and innovation that define the Morendat School of Hospitality. Ultimately, you will see how we are shaping a workforce ready to welcome, serve, and inspire the world.
