PUBLICATION STAGES

Stage 1: Manuscript Submission

  • Submit final manuscript in electronic format (.doc, optionally .pdf)
  • Fill out online publication form
  • Upload Declaration of Originality (per author)
  • Provide two academic recommendation letters (minimum lecturer level)
  • Use a consistent, recognized citation style

Stage 2: Peer Review & Evaluation

  • Manuscript is peer-reviewed by two independent experts
  • Scientific Editorial Council reviews evaluations
  • Final decision (accept/reject) made by the Publishing House

Stage 3: Publication

  • Manuscripts scoring 70+ points per review criterion move to publication
  • Multiple rounds of editing and correction with author feedback
  • ISBN assigned and CIP obtained
  • Printing and legal deposit of 12 copies
  • Publishing House logo added to all published works (print and digital)
