The partnership was formalized in June 2026. Its primary goal is to bridge the gap between technical training and global employment. Specifically, the collaboration focuses on opportunities in specialized welding, fabrication, industrial drilling, commercial electrical installation, and the oil and gas industry.

The impact of the partnership was almost immediate. Shortly after the partnership, two groups of six graduates secured employment opportunities in Qatar through Mastermind Placement and Travel Consultancy.
Their successful deployment marked a significant milestone for both the graduates and the Institute. Moreover, it demonstrated the growing confidence that international employers have in MIOG-NP graduates and their technical capabilities.
For the graduates, the overseas placements represent more than employment. Instead, they mark the beginning of professional careers built on internationally recognized skills and practical experience.
